Tom Russo has had multiple careers and businesses over the last 25 years. He has used the Internet and blogs to communicate his love of technology and web content management to businesses and other government organizations.

Tom is an E-Government Fellow and was on the Office of Management and Budgets QuickSilver Task Force where he helped to develop the 24 e-government initiatives.

He also managed the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's internet and intranet and led a comprehensive redesign of the www.ferc.gov.

Tom wants to take web content management beyond just following a set of guidelines. He would rather focus on increasing the number of citizens and businesses that benefit from blogs and website products, services and information.

He routinely advices corporate bloggers and manages several blogs and websites.
