Sure, about 3.5 million according to Technorati which does a pretty good job of tracking and ranking them. Like Google, the ranking is based on incoming links. Technorati is a great resource if you are seeking blogs with specific interests.

We also used Google to search for weblogs dealing with web usability and small business. We found a few blogs worth mentioning.
